An initiative to imagine the Public Administration of tomorrow
Imagining a new Public Administration, closer to people and capable of generating a future: this is the goal of "S-Punti di Vista," the UniversiPA contest promoted by FPA in anticipation of FORUM PA 2026, scheduled from June 9 to 11 in Rome, at the Convention Center La Nuvola. The initiative is part of the event's journey, which this year revolves around the claim "For a PA that generates the future," with particular attention to the dialogue between the public sector and new generations.

Who the contest is for
The contest is aimed at students under 30 regularly enrolled in bachelor's or master's degree courses, first and second-level university master's programs, doctoral programs, and post-graduate courses.

More than academic contributions or regulatory insights, the contest seeks original ideas and innovative visions. Participants are required to create a short paper capable of addressing a current problem or rethinking a public service, using lateral thinking tools such as provocation, inversion, or analogy.

Unconventional ideas to rethink public services
Among the suggestions proposed to stimulate creativity: how would the PA change if it adopted gaming logics, what would happen in the absence of traditional forms, or how would public services evolve if citizens could "exchange" them among themselves.

The underlying question remains: what would the Public Administration be like if it were designed from scratch, overcoming traditional mental and organizational constraints?

The five best papers will be awarded during FORUM PA 2026. Moreover, all contributions deemed valid and innovative will be collected in a publication, both digital and paper.

To participate, you can check the contest details and submit your proposal through the dedicated form. The deadline for applications is April 30 at 5 PM.
